21st Annual Run, Walk & Roll

June 6, 2026

The Run, Walk & Roll is an annual fundraiser that brings together the community and the staff and people served by Village Northwest Unlimited for a fun morning of exercise. The event consists of a
1-mile walk/wheelchair roll as well as 5K and 10K races. All three routes are wheelchair accessible and the event is open to all ages and abilities.

Starting line: 330 Village Circle, Sheldon, IA

Start time: 9:00 a.m.

Cost: $35 until May 8 / $40 starting May 9 / $45 on June 6 (race day)

Virtual Race

After a successful fully virtual Run, Walk & Roll in 2020, we decided to continue offering a virtual race option for anyone unable to be at the event on June 6. Although we would love to see you at the starting line during the event, we know it's just not possible for everyone. We hope to see lots of people taking advantage of this alternative way to participate in our annual fundraiser!

How Virtual Works

Run/Walk or Roll anytime and anywhere after you get registered until June 6.
Every virtual participant will receive a shirt in the mail, sent to the address provided with their registration.
The virtual 5k and 10k races will not be officially timed races, and there will be no awards, but we invite you to share your time, route and/or pictures with us using #rwr2026.
