We know the admissions process can feel overwhelming, so we want to walk you through what to expect if you or your loved one is interested in becoming a resident.

At Village Northwest, we have a step-by-step admission procedure designed to make the process as smooth as possible. This includes touring our facility, submitting an application, and going through an approval process. And if accepted, we'll also help you identify funding sources like Medicaid.

Criteria for admission

Must be 18 years of age or older

Must have an intellectual and/or developmental disability, or a brain injury

Must not be a danger to self or others

Must be medically stable and not require 24-hour nursing care

Must have a funding source to pay for services
